All cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the end of the current calendar month. This means that your package will still be active/billable for a full calendar month after you request the cancellation.
Submit a Support Ticket via the Help Centre
Please submit a support ticket via the Help Centre requesting a cancellation.
Step 1: Click on Submit a ticket in the Help Centre
Step 2: Fill out the details and choose “Subscription” in the category field
Step 3: Submit the ticket. One of our customer support consultants will get in touch with you.
