Starting January 2026, RoomRaccoon will issue monthly (non-annual) invoices following a clear and automated billing schedule. This guide explains when invoices are issued, how payments are collected, and what happens if payments fail.
Invoice Issuance
When: Invoices are issued automatically on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
How: The system first checks your RaccoonPay balance to cover your invoice total.
If your RaccoonPay balance covers the full amount, no further payment is needed.
If there’s a remaining balance, the system will collect it using your saved payment method.
Payment Methods
RoomRaccoon supports two secure payment methods:
1. RaccoonPay Balance (Primary method)
Your available RaccoonPay funds are automatically used first to settle your invoice.
2. Automatic Payment Collection
If your RaccoonPay balance does not cover the full amount:
For EU/EEA customers (EUR): Payment is collected via SEPA Direct Debit five days after your invoice date.
For customers outside SEPA regions: Payment is collected automatically using your stored card (processed by Stripe).
