How to access and pay my RoomRaccoon invoice

Your RoomRaccoon monthly or annual invoice gives you a breakdown of all the costs that make up your subscription. You can access and pay your invoice from RoomRaccoon by clicking Settings - Subscription.

Follow the detailed steps below:

1. Click the Settings tab on the bottom left of the screen.
   

2. Click on the Subsciptions tab.
   
   

3. You can open the invoice by clicking on the invoice number.
   

4. Click on Pay invoice to access our convenient payment platform.
   

5. Add your email address and mobile number on the payment platform screen and then choose your payment method to proceed.

   NOTE: For larger annual invoices you may only have the Instant EFT option available.
