Credit card guarantee added to Booking Proposals

Some guests hate upfront charges—but you still need a safety net. That’s why Booking Proposals now support credit card guarantees via RaccoonPay.

Let guests confirm with just a card on file, or they can pay the full due amount to confirm. You can:

• Charge later for no-shows or extras

• Store payment details securely

• Or still offer full prepayment options (with a partial amount to confirm, or no prepayment required to confirm)

Transfer add-ons across reservations

When a guest changes rooms, extends their stay, or is charged on the wrong folio, you can now transfer add-ons and POS charges between reservations without duplicate charges or confusion.
