Our latest software release is aimed at improving your RoomRaccoon system with stability, as well as enhancing the overall performance of the system to ensure that you are always leveraging our amazing software, and while we were at it we also added some really cool new features and improvements! 

Here’s what’s new! 

We have officially landed in The United States of America! 

• The tax rules for this market have been improved to allow more than 1 tax rule along with the capability of naming each tax rule with a unique name. 

• We tweaked the date format to now be visible as mm-dd-yy for all US clients. 

• All booking confirmations are now sent in nett value to guests

Our revenue report which was once included in our RaccoonRev Package is now available for all accounts at no extra cost! The revenue report gives you a comprehensive overview of the revenue and performance of your hotel. Find your revenue report in the reporting section of RoomRaccoon.
