Accessing RoomRaccoon During Outages

To ensure you can still manage your reservations and access crucial information, this is why we always have a back-up available. During this period of system recovery, we recommend logging into our read-only version, which is hosted on a separate server.

Please note: While using the read-only environment, you won't be able to make changes to your account or reservations. However, you will have the capability to view your existing reservations, allowing you to stay informed about your hotel's occupancy and bookings.
