The RaccoonPay Rebate is a discretionary discount program available exclusively to eligible RaccoonPay users. It is designed to offer a monthly rebate on specific transaction types processed via RaccoonPay.
Who Is Eligible?
- Eligibility is limited to customers using RaccoonPay.
- The rebate is available only for accounts operating in one of the following currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, or CAD. Accounts operating in CHF, SEK, or other currencies are excluded.
How does the Rebate Work?
Rebate rate
0.15% applied to Visa and Mastercard payments only.
- Exception: Mastercard Debit transactions for Netherlands-based properties are excluded.
- Other payment methods (e.g., AMEX, iDeal, Bancontact) are not eligible.
Rebate Application
Any eligible rebate is credited to your next invoice:
- Monthly subscription: Rebates from the current month will be applied to the next month's invoice. E.g. January rebate will appear in the February invoice.
- Annual subscription: Monthly rebates are accrued and credited on the next annual invoice.
Rebate requirements
- Minimum Monthly Rebate: No rebate is applied if the total monthly rebate is less than €10.00.
- Maximum Monthly Rebate: The rebate is capped at the value of your monthly subscription fee.
- Not cumulative: Rebates do not roll over to the next month. If the current month's rebate does not reach the minimum, it is not cumulatve for the next month. E.g. your current month's rebate is €9.00 and it did not reach the minimum amount. At the start of next month, the rebate calculator restarts on €0.
