To effectively manage your payments, track their status, fees, and more, accessing your RaccoonPay Dashboard is essential.
On the right side of the screen, you'll find a comprehensive list of all successful and attempted transactions. At first glance, you'll see crucial information including the card brand, payment method, charged amount, indication of whether it was a Cardholder-Not-Present (CNP) or 3D Secure payment, linked reservation, date, and payout status.
For more specific details about a payment, simply click on it to open its dedicated page.
Successful payments
When a payment is successful, you will see the status Paid. Opening the payment, you can also see:
- Date & time
- Payout status
- Fee
- Chargeback risk
- Country
- Brand
- Last 4 digits of the card number
- The invoice to which this payment is linked (if applicable)
- Access its linked reservation.
Refunded payments
The payment status will be Refund, and you will be able to see the refunded amount and the date it was processed.
Cancelled or failed payment
If a payment has been cancelled or failed, it can either have the Status Cancelled or Error, depending on the error message received as the reason behind it.
