Raccoon Training tokens are the equivalent of credits that can be used to obtain training from a RoomRaccoon Customer Training Specialist. Your RoomRaccoon subscription plan determines the number of tokens you have. However, you can purchase tokens or perform certain actions to earn them!

3. What training options are available?

We offer a variety of training options for our users. You can choose from webinars, online system training, or in-person masterclasses.

Webinars

Duration: 40-45 minutes +15-20 minutes Q&A

Webinar Wednesdays focus on two topics: a specific system module or a RoomRaccoon Partner connectivity.

Our objective is to inform our customers about:

What features we have
Partner connections
How to use the feature/connectivity, and how it affects and/or improves your daily operations.
We also use industry trends and practices for you to get the best out of RoomRaccoon.

We currently cater to Spanish, Portuguese, Croatian, Dutch, and English.

Online system training

Duration: These online training sessions are 90 minutes each, varying between 10:00-11:30 AM or 15:00-16:30 (CEST).

A Customer Training Specialist conducts and facilitates two training cycles each month to teach users how to use and navigate the RoomRaccoon system and its features. The goal is to help you run your day-to-day operations and make the most of the system's functionality.

We host 2 cycles every month and each cycle spans over four days, you can register for them individually or for the full cycle.

Day 1 - Operational Training

Day 2 - Managing rate plans

Day 3 - Booking optimisation training

Day 4 - Understanding RoomRaccoon Reports

In-Person Masterclasses

Duration: 5 hours, including 45-minute lunch and 15-minute coffee break

We invite hoteliers to register for a small, intimate classroom setting with a maximum of 7 hotels (2 attendees per hotel) for instructor-led sessions on RoomRaccoon’s system and functionality.

We provide lunch, and this is a great way to share insights and tips with other hoteliers while learning how best to achieve a higher return on investment with RoomRaccoon. It is also a great networking session to see how other hoteliers use the RoomRaccoon system and get them to share success stories.
