Online System Training
Ongoing training is important. RoomRaccoon hosts two cycles of expert instructor-led sessions each month to teach you how to use and navigate the RoomRaccoon system and features. Each cycle spans four days. You can register for them individually or for the full cycle.
The objective is to help you run your day-to-day operations more effectively and better utilize system functionalities.

We host Webinar Wednesdays where you can learn about a particular topic of interest such as system modules and partner connectivities. Our aim is to inform you about the tools available and which you can connect to, how to use it and how it affects and/or improves your daily operations. We also discuss industry trends and practices and how to capitalize on them using your RoomRaccoon system.

In-person Masterclass
RoomRaccoon started hosting live in-person Masterclasses in the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Germany and South Africa. We invite hoteliers to register and join a small and intimate group of seven properties (max two attendees per property) to learn more about RoomRaccoon’s system and functionality.
This is a great way to share insights and tips with other hoteliers while learning how best to achieve a higher return on investment with RoomRaccoon. It is also a great networking session with a complimentary lunch included.
