Cancellations are unfortunate. However, in the hospitality industry, they are inevitable. If a guest calls your property to cancel a reservation made via a booking channel, ensure they cancel the reservation on the booking channel they initially booked through because cancellations should always be made via the channel on which the booking was received. Once the cancellation is complete in the booking channel, the cancellation will automatically update in RoomRaccoon.
Note: This should be done in a time-conscious manner. Otherwise, you may have to pay the commission fee for the booking.
