No, a reservation cannot be deleted from the system. It can only be cancelled. This is for auditing purposes to prevent discrepancies from being created with your reports and payments. If a reservation could be deleted, this would mean the loss of all the information related to the booking (guest information, transactions, reports data, revenue, taxes, amongst others). You also wouldn’t be able to check any of the above information in the future.
If you only want to access your active reservations, you need to open your reservations list.
How to access your Reservations list?
Step 1: Select the Reservations Module on the left of your screen and navigate to the Reservations List tab.
Step 2: Filter the reservations you wish to view, and you can access the information you need from there.
