When bookings are cancelled on a booking channel connected with an ical, the booking is not automatically cancelled.
This is because icals communicate availability and not booking cancellations however you will receive an email notifying you of a cancelled booking. You can cancel the booking with your reservation manager.
How to manually cancel a booking
Click on the reservation in your agenda
In reservation, change this to “cancelled”
Click on Save.
Good to know
If you want, you can also send a confirmation of the cancellation to your guests.
All bookings made via an OTA should be cancelled on the OTA first before being cancelled on RoomRaccoon.
