New Navigation Screen
Our latest release introduces new navigation screens, which are designed to improve the RoomRaccoon user experience. This has not changed our core product offering, however, we have developed this for visual enhancements and improved navigation.
Security Enhancements
Online security has grown in importance over the years, with more and more security measures being put in place with regards to logins. RoomRaccoon has improved its login security by adding security steps to log in attempts. Users will now receive an email notification if they log in with a different device; only one login is allowed per profile. Once a user enters a password incorrectly multiple times they will be asked to tick the captcha box before attempting again.
Important to note:
We’ve made enhancements to the services and features of our subscription packages which include changes to adding additional user logins, yield rules and room categories.
Please be advised that as an existing customer, your current services and features already set up on your subscription will not be changed. If you wish to add to any of the above features (logins, yields rules and room categories) and you receive a notification stating that you cannot add a login, yield rule or room category, don't hesitate to get in touch with the customer support team or your customer success manager for assistance.
