Welcome to our second product update of the year. 

We proudly present our newest features and updates to enhance your experience with RoomRaccoon so you can elevate your property's operations. RoomRaccoon 23.2 unlocks an online self-checkout system to streamline your guest departures and more!

New Features

Guest Self Check-out

You can now add an extra layer of convenience to the guest experience with our online check-out feature that eliminates the need for guests to check out at the front desk. This contact-free feature allows guests to settle outstanding bills from the comfort of their rooms through a check-out link sent via email, saving you valuable time and improving the guest experience at your property.

Overwrite VAT for a Rate Plan

The overwrite VAT for a rate plan is a new functionality in the 'My Property' module that allows you to overwrite your standard VAT amount if you need a different VAT% for a specific rate plan. For example, long stays where a low VAT% applies.

If you need a different VAT% for a particular rate plan, simply access the rate type and tick a box to overwrite the VAT%. 

Enhancements

Guest Registration Form

Our new enhancement to our Guest Registration form simplifies guest registration for all guests staying in the same room. This enhancement allows guests to fill out a single registration form for multiple guests. This feature will save guests valuable time and streamline the check-in process, making it quicker and easier than ever before.
