Booking Timeline

When changes are made to reservations, the RoomRaccoon PMS records all these changes that will be visible to you through the booking timeline.  



To view the timeline of a particular reservation


  1. Click on Reservations



  1. Click on the reservation and on the top right click on the timeline.




  1. You can now view all changes made on the reservation in the reservation timeline. 






Good to know


  • Have a question about a reservation? It’s a good idea to take a look at the booking timeline first.

  • If you have individual account access for your staff members the timeline records will show which member has executed a specific action on the booking. 

  • When RoomRaccoon executes any changes on a booking, the timeline will record this as a change made by “Team RoomRaccoon”.

  • Any changes made by a POS integration will be stated as a “POS” change.
