Providing your co-workers with their own logins makes it easier to track changes made to reservations by each team member. This feature helps RoomRaccoon promote accountability and transparency in front desk operations.
Each reservation includes a detailed timeline that logs all actions taken on the booking, along with the name of the team member who made the changes.
How to Access the timeline
Access the Reservations Tab on the left of the screen.
Under the Calendar module, click on the reservation.
Once on the reservation, click the timeline tab at the top of the screen.
See the overview of changes made on the reservations.
