On RoomRaccoon you are able to set reminders about guest reservations. You can do this by accessing the reservations and setting a reminder before (or after) the guest stays at your property.
How to Set Reminders
Access reservations
Click on the reservation you want to set a reminder on.
Click on the bell icon
Provide details on what you would like to be reminded of and when you want the reminder e.g 1 week before arrival, 1 month before arrival, etc.
Click Save.
You will see your reminders and upcoming reminders on the top of the reservations tab. Click this.
