How to connect to Chi Desk


  1. Request to connect to RoomRaccoon via Chi Desk.


  1. Chi Desk will ask for the API key and Hotel ID.


  1. Send us the product groups that you have in Chi Desk so that we can add it to the system.


  1. This is to ensure that every time an item is posted in RoomRaccoon it is posted to the right ledger e.g. coke will be linked to beverages.


  1. Set-up is complete.
