Changing your Password in RoomRaccoon

RoomRaccoon's system gives you two password options, a manager password, and a general password.

The manager password is the administrator password which gives one full control and access to all RoomRaccoon settings. The general password allows for basic access to RoomRaccoon’s PMS and enables you to view credit card details. 

You can also set up different logins for your co-workers with different types of access. 

How to change your password and manager password.

Step 1. Click on the Settings module on the bottom left of the screen. 

Step 2. Navigate to the Logins Tab, where you will be directed to your account password settings. 

Step 3. Enter your new password into the allocated fields.

Step 4. Click submit.

Good to know 

• If you change the general password, previously stored credit card details will remain protected with your old password and can only be accessed using your old password.
