The Travel Agents tab in the Booker Profile allows you to easily create and manage travel agent sub-profiles linked to a main booker or company profile.
By connecting agents to a company, you can automatically extend negotiated rates and corporate details to all linked agents — ensuring consistent pricing and faster bookings.
This feature is ideal for properties that work with corporate partners or travel agencies, helping automate rate management and streamline the booking process.
How to Access Travel Agents
Open the Booker Profile either through;
The Reservation > click on the Booker name > click on View Balances.
or Bookers & Guests tab > Select the Booker > click on View Balances.
Click on the Travel Agents tab.
You’ll see an overview of existing travel agents and options to add, edit, or delete an agent.
How to Add a Travel Agent
Click Add in the top-right corner of the Travel Agents tab.
Fill in the following details:
Initials
Title
First Name and Surname
Email (must be unique)
The system automatically generates a Corporate Code.
This code links the agent’s sub-profile to the main booker profile.
It cannot be edited manually.
Click Save to create the agent.
Tip: The Corporate Code allows agents to book directly via your Booking Engine at their negotiated corporate rates.
How Agents Use Their Corporate Code
Once you share the Corporate Code with your agent, they can:
Go to your property’s Booking Engine and Log in.
Enter the Corporate Code and their email address.
Instantly access their negotiated corporate rates and plans.
This makes it easy for travel agents to make bookings independently while ensuring rate consistency.
Managing Travel Agents
Edit an Agent
In the Travel Agents overview, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the agent’s name.
Select Edit to update details such as:
Name
Title
Email
Note: The Corporate Code cannot be edited, as it is automatically generated and linked to the main profile.
Delete an Agent
If you need to remove a travel agent:
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the agent’s name.
Select Delete and confirm your choice. The agent will be removed from the list and will no longer have access to corporate rates.
Best Practices
Always create travel agents from the main company or booker profile.
Share the Corporate Code securely with agents — they need it to access corporate rates.
Keep agent contact details up to date to ensure accurate records.
Review agent activity periodically to track performance and maintain control over corporate bookings.
