Why this is necessary
In May 2024, Booking.com introduced new security measures preventing automatic messages from containing links or mobile phone numbers. If you want to keep using links in your messages, they must be approved in your Booking.com security settings.
This means you need to whitelist the email addresses used by RoomRaccoon to send guest information.
How to whitelist in Booking.com
Log in to the Booking.com extranet.
Go to the Property dropdown menu.
Click Messaging preferences.
Open Security settings.
Click Add email address and whitelist:
noreply@roomraccoon.com
