Cleaning fees are something that many of our hoteliers have and we are here to show you how you can set them up on Booking.com, and also how they will automatically come in as add-ons in our system!

How to create the fees on Booking.com:

1. Go to Booking.com extranet and click on the "Property" tab

2. Click on "Policies"

3. A new page will load and here you will need to scroll all the way down to "Additional fees & charges" where you will click on "Edit"

4. Add all the needed information about the fee

5. Click on save

6. Done!

How to make the cleaning fee to show automatically in all the Booking.com reservations that have the cleaning fee

After you have created the fee on Booking.com, you will need to add the add-on in RoomRaccoon.

1. Go to "My Property" module

2. Click on "Add-ons" tab

3. Click on  "+ ADD-ON" button

4. This one is really important: You will need to add the same name of the fee as it is on Booking.com.

5. You can leave the price at 0 as it will be added according to what is on Booking.com. Add the correct ledger from the type drop-down and choose the revenue group that you want.

6. Save.

7. You are done!

Wait for a reservation from Booking.com and check if the fee is added automatically
