How to Lock a Booking


Some of your guests might be VIP guests or guests who only stay in a specific kind of room on your property. RoomRaccoon allows you to lock these kinds of bookings to a specific room so that you or your colleagues will not be able to move (accidentally) the booking to another room.



How do I lock a booking?


  1. Access the reservations and click on a reservation in the calendar.



  1. On the guest bar click on the lock icon


  1. Click Save
