How to Map Rate Plans to Channels

RoomRaccoon is committed to ensuring that you connect easily with external channels, in order to streamline this process we would like to know all the information for us to be able to map the correct rates and categories 

RoomRaccoon requires that you confirm which category in RoomRaccoon you want to map in your OTA and to also confirm the rate plans you want to be mapped to that category. 

Further, please provide us with the following details.

• Category name in RoomRaccoon.

• Category name on the channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia etc).

• The rate plan that you want RoomRaccoon to map to the category.
