With RoomRaccoon, you can connect Agoda directly through the Channel Manager to automate availability, rates, and reservations.

Step-by-Step: Connecting Agoda to RoomRaccoon

1. Login to your Agoda Extranet

   • Visit the Agoda extranet and sign in.

2. Request to change your Channel Manager

   • Navigate to the Contact Us section and request Agoda to set your Channel Manager to RoomRaccoon.

3. Wait for confirmation

   • Agoda will notify you once the switch is complete.

4. Send RoomRaccoon the following details:

   • Your Agoda Property ID

   • Room categories and category IDs

   • The rates you wish to connect (make sure these are already created in both Agoda and RoomRaccoon)

5. We’ll take care of the rest

   • Once we receive all the information, our team will complete the setup and notify you when the connection is live.

   • If additional details are needed, we’ll reach out to you.

Good to Know

• Agoda requires you to use occupancy-based pricing (i.e., pricing per number of guests).

• There is no additional cost to connect Agoda (or other OTAs) with RoomRaccoon.
