After you have set up your STO rates and made them available to the corporate bookers they can be used on the booking engine.

How to make bookings with a booking ID

The Booker ID must be communicated to the corporate booker/tour operators as they will use this code to gain access to this function. The booker ID can be found in the booker profile (top left) after selecting the reservation and clicking on the bookers name.

Once you do this, the system will let you know that it recognises you and ask you to enter your Booking ID from step 1.

5. When you enter this code here it will automatically populate guest detail fields and recalculate payment.

6. Add the payment method, agree to the terms and conditions and validate details.

7. Click on Process payment. Ensure that you have clicked “I’m not a robot”.

8. Click on process payment and if successful, you will receive the booking confirmation.
