Updating an existing Grey Room to a Conference Room

If you previously used a Grey Room to invoice such non-accommodation spaces, you need to convert it to a Conference Room. Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Add Conference Room slots to your subscription

1. Go to Settings

2. Open the Subscription tab

3. Select Manage Subscription Plan

4. Increase the number of Conference Rooms

5. Save the update

Step 2: Update the room type

1. Go to My Property

2. Open the Rooms tab

3. Find the Grey Room you want to convert

4. Click the pencil icon to edit

5. Change the Unit Type → Conference Room

6. Save
