How to Add a New User Login

The PMS houses confidential information and mismanagement could be catastrophic for the hotelier. As a result of this, you might want to limit rights to edit your property settings and rates. Therefore, your property settings, account settings and your channel manager are protected by the administrator login. 



  1. Click on the Settings tab at the bottom left of your screen.



  1. Click on Logins tab at the top of your screen



  1. On the top right, you will be able to add a new employee.



  1. While filling in these fields, you can choose the type of access you want to give to your employee. Click here for more on the types of access you can grant users.



  1. Once you’ve clicked on save you will be able to see the login details of the employee you have added.
