Where Can I Find Information About Cancelled Reservations

On RoomRaccoon you can view your cancelled reservation in your dashboard, calendar and reservations list.

How to find cancelled reservations in your dashboard

1. Click on the Reservations Tab on the left of the screen.

2. Navigate to the Dashboard Tab.

3. Select Date.

4. Scroll down and see daily bookings and cancellations

How to find cancellations in the calendar

1. Click on the specific day.

2. Click the “cancellation” drop-down list

3. View your cancellations for the day.

How to find reservations in the reservations list

1. Click on Reservations and navigate to the Reservations List.

2. Select the period.

3. Filter the status by cancelled reservations. 

4. View cancelled reservations for the period.
