How to Link Rooms on RoomRaccoon

On RoomRaccoon you can add another room to a reservation so that you have two linked rooms. We recommend this if you have a large group or family that you need multiple rooms for. 

How do you add another room

1. Access Reservations Tab on the left of the screen.

2. Click on the reservation you want to add a room on.

3. On the reservation scroll down until you see the “Add another room” button at the bottom after the guest details field. 

4. Once you’ve clicked this, a drop down with all available rooms will appear, select the room you’d like to add and click “Add selected rooms” 

5. A new tab will be created where you can select a new rate and status for the room. 

6. Fill in the fields and click on save (top right) when you are done.
