How to Close Check-in or Check-Out on a Rate

Modified on Mon, 17 Apr, 2023 at 11:57 AM

Closing check-in or check-out is a rate restriction in which you determine on which days you cannot arrive or depart for a selected rate. This is not the same as closing the room because guests can book in advance over a specific period, it is simply restricting the arrival and departure dates.

There is more than 1 way to close it: manually day by day or using one of the pencils in the rates & availability tab.

How to close check-in and check-out manually day by day

  1. Navigate to the Channel Manager Tab to access your rates and availability.

  1. Select the date range and category of the rates you want to restrict or select all categories

  1. Click the drop-down of the rate you want to close the check-in or check-out.

  1. Click on the box you want to tick for closing it. Here you can close/open the check-in & check-out and set minimum & maximum stay.
