How to Stop an Invoice From Being Created After the Online Check-in

You can allow RoomRaccoon to automatically create an invoice when a guest has checked-in online. If you do not want the invoice to be created after the online check-in you can configure this in account settings.



How to stop invoice auto-generating after online check-in


  1. Click on the Settings module of the screen and navigate to the Account tab.  




  1. Scroll down to Invoice settings.



  1. On “Invoice number formatting,” uncheck the box that says “Create invoice on online check-in.”




Good to know 


  • This feature is usually used by hotels or properties without a reception. Set up your RoomRaccoon account to make prepayments mandatory during online check-in and generate the invoice automatically for your guest. 


  • Making the prepayment mandatory during the online check-in is a setting that you can set up in the booking engine tab in the top menu.
