RoomRaccoon Beta is the testing environment that we use to test new functionalities, enhance current functionalities as well as improve and correct features that our product offers. This means that the Beta environment is not a stable environment and this platform is used by our back-end coding team to monitor performance and develop our product.
Please only use RoomRaccoon Beta if you have been requested to become a Beta user, and have accepted the request. Beta users are encouraged to provide feedback on new as well as improved functionality. Please also report any issues you experience with any functionality. We value your feedback as we are constantly developing the best all-in-one Hotel Management System.
RoomRaccoon environments
RMS - This is the working environment or a stable environment. The new functionality will be added to this environment after a validation and approval phase. Currently, this process follows an 8-week cycle in which new functionalities are developed and current functionalities are fixed.
Beta - Developmental environment where new features are developed and current functionality is enhanced and improved
