The Mid-Stay Move feature is a powerful tool that allows you to seamlessly transfer guests from one room to another during their stay. Instead of manually adjusting dates, creating new reservations, or linking them yourself, the system automates the process for you. This makes operations faster, workflows simpler, and reduces the chance of human error.

How it works
Click on the scissor icon to activate the mid-stay move function.
All reservations eligible to be “cut” will be highlighted.
Select the reservation you want, cut it, and drag it to a new room.
It will create a new reservation #, and link it to the original.
Because the reservations are linked, you can manage everything from the main booking regarding invoicing, payments etc.
That’s it – no more adjusting stay dates or manually creating and linking reservations.
Limitations
You cannot undo the action. Once you have cut the reservation, there is no putting it back.
You cannot apply it on:
a reservation that has already been invoiced. If you would like to, then you must credit the invoice first.
A single-night stay because they are simply just 1 night.
Package deal reservations with included/excluded add-ons which are not set to nightly.
