The Bulk Tasks feature in RaccoonHousekeeping streamlines task management by allowing you to perform multiple actions at once. Whether it’s assigning rooms, updating statuses, or adding notes, bulk operations save time and clicks for housekeeping managers.
Improved Task Assignment & Batch Operations
Bulk assignments: Assign multiple rooms to a single housekeeper in one action.
Create a note in bulk: Add the same housekeeping note to all selected rooms for the day.
Bulk status changes: Mark a group of rooms as “guest declined”, “maintenance”, or any other status in one go.
How to Use Bulk Tasks
Navigate to RaccoonHousekeeping Module
Go to the RaccoonHousekeeping module in your RoomRaccoon account.
Select the Overview tab.
Open the Multi-Selection Menu
Locate the multi-selection menu on the top right of the screen.
Click to open it.
Choose Your Action
The multi-selection menu gives you three options:
Assign to Housekeeper
Change Status
Add or Edit Notes
Select Rooms or Floors
Choose the rooms or floors you want to include in the bulk action.
Apply Your Changes
Complete your selected action, and your updates will apply to all chosen rooms.
