How to create your RaccoonSite account

Creating your RaccoonSite account is the first step to building a professional, guest-friendly website for your property. 

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Select Your Package

Before activating your RaccoonSite account, decide which package best suits your needs:

1. Standard Package:

   • Access to the website builder with pre-configured templates.
   • Perfect for hoteliers comfortable managing content themselves.

2. Premium Package:

   • Includes a personalized template tailored to your hotel’s branding (one-time fee applies).
   • Ideal for hoteliers looking for a more hands-off setup with a professional design.

Step 2: Contact RoomRaccoon to Activate RaccoonSite

Reach out to your RoomRaccoon Success Manager to activate RaccoonSite for your property.

Step 3: Receive Your Onboarding Email

Once your account is activated, you’ll receive an onboarding email with instructions and links to access your RaccoonSite account.

• For Standard Package Users:

  • The email will include your login credentials and the link to access the builder.
  • You can start creating your website immediately.

• For Premium Package Users:

  • The email will include a Template Request Form where you can specify your preferences (e.g., colors, fonts, structure).
  • After completing the form, the RoomRaccoon team will set up your personalized template.

Step 4: Log In to RaccoonSite

Use the credentials provided in your onboarding email to log in:

1. Open the RaccoonSite link provided in the email.
2. Enter your login credentials.
3. Access your website builder dashboard.

Step 5: Build Your Website

Once logged in, you can start customizing your site:

• Standard Users:

  • In the menu, click "Websites"
  • Click on '+' and create a website using a basic template to begin.
  • Use the simple builder to add content, images, and links.
  • Follow our Help Center articles for tips on designing your site.

• Premium Users:

  • Review your personalized template once it’s ready.
  • Add your images, text, and other media to finalize your website.

Step 6: Publish Your Website

When your website is ready:

1. Click Publish in the website builder.
2. Choose to publish to a custom domain or a temporary URL (if you’re still configuring your domain settings).
3. Connect your custom domain.
4. Create and embed your cookie policy via Termly.io
