If you use the RoomRaccoon Airbnb connection and wish to view the commission fees exported from Airbnb, you can find the information in the guest reservation.
1. Previously, when a user received a reservation from Airbnb, the commission charged was allocated as an add-on in the ‘Add-ons’ section in the reservation:
2. Now, a new adjustment will show the Airbnb commission fee as a payment line in the “Payment” section of the reservation instead. This is similar to how the Expedia Collect reservation fees reflect.
This aims to bring consistency to how we reflect OTA commission amounts within the system.
