Your accounting dashboard displays your failed transactions within a selected period. If you have a failed transaction you may want to try the following methods to process the transaction.
What to do with failed transactions in the accounting dashboard
Sync the transaction again by clicking on the sync icon
If syncing the transaction again doesn’t work then there is a possibility that the ledgers have not been correctly set up with your accounting connection or there are missing add-ons in your ledger set up.
