What to Do With Failed Transaction in the Accounting Dashboard

Your accounting dashboard displays your failed transactions within a selected period. If you have a failed transaction you may want to try the following methods to process the transaction.



What to do with failed transactions in the accounting dashboard


  • Sync the transaction again by clicking on the sync icon



  • If syncing the transaction again doesn’t work then there is a possibility that the ledgers have not been correctly set up with your accounting connection or there are missing add-ons in your ledger set up.
