Why Checkout Is Impossible With an OTA Booking

When you are trying to checkout a guest who booked through an OTA and the “checkout” option is not there this is usually due to the reservation not having a rate type. You can check-in without a rate type however you are not able to check them out due to the fact that when you checkout a tax invoice is automatically generated.




What should you do?


  1. Check if there is a selected rate on the reservation.


  1. Confirm the number of guests.


  1. Select the corresponding OTA rate.




  1. Click Save.


  1. After following these steps you should be able to checkout your guest, however, if you are still unsuccessful after this please open a new ticket and our support will assist.
