How To Order A RaccoonPay Card Machine

Order process


  1. Click on Payments module and go to the Onboarding tab
  2. Scroll down to the section Card Machine Details and click on the green button UPDATE CARD MACHINES
  3. Insert the number of card machines you would like to order and submit


Our RaccoonPay team will be notified of your request and order the indicated number to the address you have configured in your account settings. If you wish for the order to be delivered to a different address than the one configured in your account settings, please contact our support team as soon as you submit the request.


You will receive a notification including:

  • The confirmation that order has been made.
  • The indication of the tracking code and the delivery service website where you can track.


Card machine configuration

The card machine will be pre-configured on our side in order to link it to your RoomRaccoon account. Once this is done, you will receive a notification including:

  • The confirmation that the card machine is fully configured from our side and ready to be configured by you. To know the configuration steps, click here.
  • The card machine serial number and passcodes for your configuration.



GOOD TO KNOW

  • The card machine should be delivered within 3-5 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • There is a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
  • The RaccoonPay Card Machine can only be ordered when RaccoonPay is already active in your account. If you have not concluded the RaccoonPay self-onboarding yet, please click here to know how to proceed. The card machine can be requested during the self-onboarding final steps.
