Hotels are obliged to report guests' stays to the police. Spain has four different policies, and depending on the property location, they must report it to its corresponding police enforcement authority.
How to upload police report to Mossos d'Esquadra
Click on your Reports Module on the left side of the screen. Under the Performance Tab you will see an overview of the Police Reports.
On the Police Reports section, choose the day you want to report and click send. A file will be downloaded and ready for you to submit to the police platform.
If Policía Nacional informs you that the last three digits of the file are correct, you can insert the correct one in the 'Follow number' field and click send.
The following files you download will include the correct number.
How to setup the connection with Mossos d'Esquadra
To set up the connection in the RoomRaccoon account we will require the following:
Your police account ID
Your police account Password
The 3-digit number of the last file that was sent to the police (example: 385)
Good to know
Please ensure all guest details marked with an asterisk * are filled in and the reservation status is updated to “Checked-in.” Otherwise, the file will exclude the reservations that do not match the criteria.
