You can choose to manage your listing in two different ways which is the "R&A only" and "Listing and R&A"
R&A only: Your prices, restrictions and availability will be communicated. RoomRaccoon recommends using this option when you already have existing Airbnb listings.
Listing and R&A: Prices, restrictions and availability will also be communicated. However, also content such as pictures, descriptions, legal information, location details etc. are then managed from within RoomRaccoon.

When you choose the Listing + R&A option, your content should only be changed in RoomRaccoon as it is optimised to allow you to manage everything on one platform.
