Why Has My Airbnb Account Been Disconnected From RoomRaccoon?

Modified on Mon, 14 Nov 2022 at 10:56 AM

Airbnb has stringent security policies and may disconnect your property if it does not comply with their standard policies and procedures. You’ll have the opportunity to reactivate your listing once the suspension period is over, subject to a review by Airbnb.

Why was my Airbnb account disconnected?

  • If the client has done anything that goes against Airbnb security and privacy policy.

  • If the client changes the username or password

  • If a listing is suspended - Your listing must meet Airbnb’s basic requirements; overall rating, response rate, accepted reservations, or cancellations. If your listing is suspended, it won’t show up in search results and you won’t receive any new bookings.

  • Account may be deactivated or suspended as the result of an issue reported to the Airbnb Customer Service team

Airbnb may or may not notify you about account disconnections and within this period you may not be able to access the platform, your account or content, or receive assistance from Airbnb Community Support.

Good to know

  • The disconnection on Airbnb is not an indication of an unstable connection with RoomRaccoon but rather a disconnection due to non-compliance with Airbnb standards, policies and processes.

  • Your upcoming reservations will not be impacted by your listing being suspended but may be cancelled if you fail to provide high-quality guest experiences or otherwise violate Airbnb Terms of Service.
