RaccoonHousekeeping (Mobile View)

RaccoonHousekeeping is available in mobile view, allowing you to efficiently manage your housekeeping tasks with just a few taps on your smartphone.

Room List

In the Room List, you can view all your rooms along with their current status, helping you stay updated on housekeeping progress in real time.

Reporting a Maintenance Issue

If you encounter a maintenance issue, you can report it directly from the mobile view. Simply:

1. Enter a name for the issue.
2. Add photos and a brief description.
3. Click Report to submit it.

RaccoonHousekeeping will ask you to confirm before submitting the issue. Click Yes, and the problem will be added to your maintenance agenda for further action.

Calling Reception

Need to contact reception? You can call directly from the mobile view:

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select the Call Reception icon.

This feature allows you to quickly reach the front desk when needed.
