RoomRaccoon keeps all data of bookers so that when they enter their email addresses the system recognizes them from previous bookings. If the guest has stayed with you before, they will receive an email with their unique code.
How does it work?
Guests will be asked to fill in their email in the normal process of booking in the booking engine.
If they use the same email address they used before that is stored in their booker profile, the system will recognize it and send them their booker code so they can enter it in the pop-up and continue with the booking
