RaccoonHousekeeping allows you to customize floor names or other categories of the different room types in your property. This can be configured in the overview where you can change the floor name to your preferred category.
To customize the name
Click on the reservations tab on the left of the screen and access your RaccoonHousekeeping overview.
On the default label, “floor” click on this label and choose the rename section.
Rename the floor to preferred category and click save
Floor has been successfully renamed.
Good to know
Once saved this new category will automatically be added in your room configuration.
