Room Categories in Housekeeping List

The room categories in the housekeeping list give you an overview of all the rooms and the time it takes to serve in different statuses. This is because it will take different times to service a room that is dirty than a room that needs a freshen up or turn down.

To access Room categories cleaning time

1. Click on settings from your Raccoonhousekeeping overview.

2. Navigate to the Room categories section.

3. View your room categories cleaning times.

Good to know 

• Click on the time next to the category to change the time for the full category 

• If you need to change one room only, click on the time next to the specific room
