How to See Which Documents You Have Sent

On RoomRaccoon you can see which documents you have sent to a guest on their reservation tab.


How to see which documents have been sent


  1. Click on the Reservations tab on the left of the screen



  1.  and open the reservation in question from your Agenda.




2. Scroll down, on the left you will find the Documents.




3. Under documents, you will see a “sent documents” section. This will give you a record of the documents you’ve sent so that you don’t send the same document twice.
