Since Natuurhuisje has moved on from the iCal connection, the new way of connecting brings a significant upgrade: instead of the limited calendar sync we’ve used until now, OpenGDS will enable a direct connection to Natuurhuisje, allowing you to sync rates, availability, restrictions, and reservations seamlessly.
How to connect?
If you don’t yet have an OpenGDS account, please register here
Important: During registration, make sure to select:
“We would like to get in touch with more partners.”
This ensures Natuurhuisje can see your account as soon as it’s created.
Once your OpenGDS account is set up(or if you already have it), please notify us. We’ll then inform Natuurhuisje to migrate your categories and rates to OpenGDS.
We would also recommend that you create new rates in RoomRaccoon called Natuurhuisje. It is optional for you to create additional rates such as: weekend 2 nights, long weekend 3 nights, mid week 4 nights and week 7 nights.
Your rate structure is always important, so make sure that only the occupancy is derived when you create these rates!
The rate structure should look something like this:
After the migration, we’ll contact you again to confirm which RoomRaccoon categories and rates you’d like us to sync.
